We want you to be satisfied with your Tectona purchase. This policy applies to products purchased through our website.
Seven-day return period
Contact us within seven calendar days after delivery if you wish to request a return. Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason for the request, and photographs where relevant. Do not send an item back before receiving return instructions.
Return eligibility
To be eligible, an item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. We may decline a return that is requested after seven days or does not meet these conditions.
Natural teak variation
Teak is a natural material. Differences in grain, colour, tone and small natural markings make each piece unique and are not defects.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within seven days with clear photographs of the item, packaging and delivery label. Keep the product unused and retain all packaging while we assess the issue. If we confirm that the item was damaged in transit or supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or return solution.
Return delivery and inspection
Return instructions and responsibility for delivery costs will be confirmed after we review your request. Returned items remain your responsibility until received. We recommend using a trackable delivery service. Where we confirm an incorrect or transit-damaged item, Tectona Furniture will cover reasonable approved return-delivery costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless the order was incorrect, damaged in transit, or required by applicable law.
