How custom orders work

    Share your idea

    Send a sketch, inspiration images or an existing design, together with the required width, depth and height in millimetres.

  2. 02

    Consultation

    Choose WhatsApp or an in-person appointment. We will discuss proportions, intended use, teak selection, finish, location and delivery access.

  3. 03

    Quotation & confirmation

    We provide a written quotation and estimated lead time. Production begins only after the design, price and required deposit are approved.

  4. 04

    Craft, review & delivery

    Our makers craft your piece. We arrange the final review, balance payment and delivery or collection when it is ready.
